河北省“雪亮工程”智慧大脑定义

河北省“雪亮工程”智慧大脑，是在“雪亮工程”建设的基础上，建设指挥系统、采集系统、共享系统、实战系统、研判系统等，通过丰富完善智能感知前端，依托互联网、政法网、政务外网、视频专网等网络神经，连接全省各级各部门“雪亮工程”平台，将全省公共安全视频监控、重点部位人像抓拍对比应用系统、AR全景监控等设备产生的机构化、非机构化数据和全省社会治安综合治理信息系统、严重精神障碍患者服务管理智能等相关省直部门信息系统数据信息关联汇聚、线索串并，实现数据超大规模汇聚，进一步运用大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术构建算法模型和提升系统平台算力，对全省社会治理数据综合智能分析、精准预测、智慧决策，并通过“一张图”，一张网、一平台，使其成为各级党委政府协同指挥调度社会治理的总指挥部。

Xueliang project is implementing in Hebei province. The Smart Brain of Xueliang project is the integration of command system, acquisition system, sharing system, actual combat system, research and judgment system, etc. based on the construction of the project. By the pefecting of front-end with smart sensing and relying on the neural network and connect all terminal platforms, in order to achieve data convergence in large-scale with various of information systems. To improve algorithm model and system platform with applications of Big data, cloud computing and AI; To perform smart analysis, accurate prediction, and smart decision-making to social data; thus to form the central command department that help government of different levels can cooperate on social governance.
