   通过数据业务中台的构建，实现物联感知数据、公安内网数据以及社会面数据的汇聚、融合、治理，并根据公安业务流程编制数据资源目录，保证数据随取随用，为基层业务提供高质量、高可用的数据资源；同时根据公安业务特点，提供行业用户对于数据分析的需求高度抽象的能力中心，满足科信、刑侦、治安、指挥等警种对于数据统计、态势分析、关系研判、轨迹追踪、规律挖掘、人车布控以及各类标签的分析及应用，通过数据资源共享服务体系全面赋能基层实战，提升基层的数据治理能力和服务能力，驱动警务流程再造和业务创新，从而提升公安乃至城市整体的数据治理水平。

  Through the construction of DGEP（Data Governance And Business Empowerment Platform），the collection, integration and governance of the perceived data of Internet of things, the internal network data of public security and the social aspect data are realized. And，data resource catalogs are prepared according to the business process of public security to ensure that the data is available at any time, providing high-quality and highly available data resources for grass-roots businesses. 

    At the same time, we provide highly abstract power center for industry users’ numerous data analysis needs, which conform to the procedure of Public Security Department. It meets the demands from varies police types like Science and Technology, Criminal Investigation, Security Administration, and Intelligence Command for data statistics, situation analysis, relationship research, trajectory tracking, rule mining, human & vehicle layout control, and tags analysis & application.
