 北京大学博士，俄罗斯自然科学院外籍院士，金砖国家智慧城市峰会中方代表，中国智慧城市十大影响力人物奖获得者（2017、2019），中国管理科学研究院专家委委员成员等。长期致力于通过交叉学科探究智慧城市理论并开发规划方法，首创现代智慧城市发展体系（协同经济理论、“五位一体”方法论和智能经济先导区），成功服务于北京、上海、重庆、北京城市副中心（通州）、深圳和雄安新区等20 余个城市/ 地区的智慧城市决策咨询，主笔并提交两份内参，其中《瞭望研报》1 份，经“瞭望智库”报中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅；《专家反映》1 份，经上海市人民政府发展研究中心报上海市委书记、市长等领导参考。

speech content：

Zhenqiang Xu, a PhD of Peking University, Foreign Academician of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, the Chinese representative of the BRICs Smart City Summit, awarded Top Ten Influencer of China's Smart City (2017 and 2019), and is one of the expert committee of China Academy of Management

Science. He has long been committed to exploring the theory of smart city and developing planning methods through interdisciplinary research, creating a modern smart city development system (collaborative economy theory, "five in one" methodology and smart economy pilot zone), and successfully serving the decision-making consultation of more than 20 cities / regions including Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Beijing Sub Center (Tongzhou), Shenzhen and Xiong'an New Area. He wrote and submitted two internal references, one of which was Outlook Weekly, which was submitted to the

general office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council of the People's Republic of China through Outlook Think TanK. 

The other was submitted by The Development Research Center of Shanghai Municipal People's Government to the Secretary of Shanghai Committee of the Communist Party of China, mayor and other leaders for reference.
